- Increase impulse and cooldown of overseer dash by 33%
Visuals
- Add visual indicating when allied or enemy overseers can cast psi-storm
- Add flash effect to psi-storm cast
Bots
- Allow bots to use overseer dash defensively
- Take into account entity health when dodging drones and overseers
- Try harder at flag objectives
- Be more cautious at low health
- Allow flag-carrying bots to recover flags
